Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Additionally, they cannot be used with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.
Your shoes will be delivered using DHL Express or Aramex Express services. We aim to deliver your products in between 4 – 15 working days, depending on delivery location; however, we maintain a 28-day delivery policy. Please note, these services require signature upon delivery, and is fully tracked and traceable to destination.
It is your responsibility to enter a full and accurate address. If the delivery address is entered incorrectly, and the order is returned to us, Rana Cheikha will not refund any delivery costs.
Rana Cheikha cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transactions. Shipping is free of charge for Lebanon. Shipping to any other country will be calculated based on DHL Express or Aramex Express live rates.
At this time, we are unfortunately unable to take orders from the below countries: Syria, Albania, Belarus, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Macedonia, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Ukraine and Russia.

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. Any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. Customs charges (if applied) vary depending on the country of delivery. If you are concerned about incurring high customs charges, we recommend you ask your local customs office about their rates.
Please note that by laws placed by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, some shipments to KSA may require a company commercial registration number or personal ID copy of the consignee (this will be communicated on a case-to-case basis).

All goods purchased from the Rana Cheikha website may be returned for a refund, exchange or replacement within 7 working days from receipt of delivery, and only in the unworn form with original packaging. At this time, Rana Cheikha will not take on return shipments charges.
By placing and confirming your order on the Rana Cheikha website you have agreed to our terms and conditions as explained here. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation acknowledging your details. This is an acknowledgement of your details and is not a confirmation of your order. A contract between you and Rana Cheikha is confirmed once you receive an email with your tracking information. We reserve the right not to accept your order if the item is out of stock, does not pass our quality checking stage, or if we are unable to obtain authorization for payment. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Rana Cheikha reserves the right to cancel any order at any time providing no payment has been taken.
Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on the Website are accurate, there may be cases where errors occur. If we discover an error in the price of any products that you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and, give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be treated as cancelled. If you cancel your order and you have already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund.
If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay, or have detail or description error we will try to contact you at the email address you provided. If we cannot contact you in regards to our out of stock orders we will cancel these within 48 hours and you will receive a full refund.
