I have sent you an email explaining the causes of unfortunate delays with customs in your destination country at the time, which we also tried to follow up on and expedite to the best of our ability and in communication with you.
Custom clearance times and delays is not in our hands or that of our shippers (your package actually only took 3 days to arrive). Custom clearance and any charges are furthermore explained in the website and require your approval before any purchase.
There were no other issues addressed in any communication between us whatsoever and always remain at your disposal for any other clarification or assistance you may need.
