Rana Cheikha’s (“we” “us” or “our”) website (the “Website”) services are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these before placing any order on ranacheikha.com.

PROMOTIONAL CODES
Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Additionally, they cannot be used with any other promotion codes or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on the Website are accurate, there may be cases where errors occur. If we discover an error in the price of any products that you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and, give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be treated as cancelled. If you cancel your order and you have already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund.

If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay, or have detail or description error we will try to contact you at the email address you provided. If we cannot contact you in regards to our out of stock orders we will cancel these within 48 hours and you will receive a full refund.

Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice.

ORDERS
By placing and confirming your order on the Rana Cheikha website you have agreed to our terms and conditions as explained here. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation acknowledging your details and order. We reserve the right not to accept your order after confirmation if the item is out of stock, does not pass our quality checking stage, or if we are unable to obtain authorization for payment. In this unlikely situation, we will contact you at the email address or phone number you provided. 

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Rana Cheikha reserves the right to cancel any order at any time providing no payment has been taken.
