Shipping Policy

At Rana Cheikha, we are committed to delivering your shoes with speed and care. Below are our shipping policies for local and international shipping.

SHIPPING WITHIN LEBANON
For orders within Lebanon, we provide FREE delivery, and we aim to get your products to you within 2 - 7 working days, depending on your location. Please note that our delivery policy allows for up to 15 days for delivery in case of any unforeseen delays.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please contact us through the initial ordering platform used (WhatsApp, Instagram or email), or through the “contact us” section on our website.

All goods purchased from the Rana Cheikha website may be returned for a refund, exchange or replacement within 4 calendar days from receipt of delivery, and only in the unworn form with original packaging. Exchange and return are FREE of charge.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For orders shipped to countries outside of Lebanon, shipping cost is calculated as below:
  1. Orders above 120 USD: shipping and return ARE INCLUDED.
  2. For orders 120 USD and below: 40 USD shipping cost, with FREE returns.

Your shoes will be delivered using DHL Express. We aim to deliver your products in between 4 – 15 working days, depending on the delivery location; however, we maintain a 28-day delivery policy. Please note, these services may require signature upon delivery, and are fully tracked and traceable to destination. 

Rana Cheikha cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transactions. 

It is your responsibility to enter a full and accurate address. If the delivery address is entered incorrectly, and the order is returned to us, Rana Cheikha will deduct the full delivery and return costs incurred from the amount item refund amount.

At this time, we are unfortunately unable to take orders from the below countries: Syria, Albania, Belarus, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Macedonia, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Ukraine and Russia.

Shipping to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia via DHL Express and Aramex Express is currently paused, however we are able to accommodate orders to KSA through other delivery channels. This requires a slightly longer time frame and set up case-by-case. We advise you to contact us directly though the contact page or email directly to rana@ranacheikha.com and we will be happy to arrange your order.

DUTIES & TAXES
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. Any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. Customs charges (if applied) vary depending on the country of delivery. If you are concerned about incurring high customs charges, we recommend you ask your local customs office about their rates.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please contact us by email at rana@ranacheikha.com, or through the “contact us” section on our website and we will guide you through the FREE return procedure.

CONFORMITY OF GOODS
We put a lot of love and effort into showcasing our products on our website, aiming to show them just as they are in the real world. While we make every effort to ensure that the description and specifications of our products are faithful to reality, it is important to note that variations in color may occur due to differences in the browser software or computer system used on your end as compared to the actual item you receive. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
