It is your responsibility to enter a full and accurate address. If the delivery address is entered incorrectly, and the order is returned to us, Rana Cheikha will not refund any delivery costs.
Rana Cheikha cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transactions. Shipping is free of charge for Lebanon. Shipping to any other country will be calculated based on DHL Express or Aramex Express live rates, and currently free of charge for orders above 150 USD.
At this time, we are unfortunately unable to take orders from the below countries: Syria, Albania, Belarus, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Macedonia, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Ukraine and Russia.
Shipping to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia via DHL Express and Aramex Express is currently paused, however we are able to accommodate orders to KSA through other delivery channels. This requires a slightly longer time frame and set up case-by-case.
